Book your own flights
to Barbados
I like to use
Barbados Airport
for my clients
to avoid the overnights required
both arriving and departing from Grenada.
So you can now start checking on
flights to/from from your home airport to
Barbados (Airport Code = BGI)
I will then connect you to
your Grenadine island destination.
Our flights depart Barbados daily
around 12:30 and 16:30
with the return getting you back
to Barbados around 12 Noon.
Flights take about 50-minutes.
Luggage allowance:
20kg (44lbs) each passenger.
We like to do your flight and room together as a package
to make sure everything
is done right.
Makes little sense
to make a reservatuon
for a yacht
or beach villa
only to end up having to cancel
after you discover
that you can't get there!!
Yes, you'll sleep here
in the islands
that first night
- no need
to overnight on Barbados -
but you'll have to get to Barbados
arriving before 4PM
we have no night landings
here in The Grenadines
excepting on Canouan.
Remember...
that when you arrive
Barbados,
you will be "in transit"
and you will not have to worry
with your luggage,
immigration or customs.
Just follow all the passengers
off the plane after arrival
on Barbados.
You will see a small sign:
IN TRANSIT
just as you enter
the Arrival Terminal.
Follow this sign to the
INTERLINE check-in
located
just inside
the Arrival Terminal Building.
Have your baggage tags ready
to give to the agent and they will worry
with your luuage.
And then it's off to your gate
where your plane awaits.
Always pack essentials
in your carry-on
in case your luggage
has to follow
on tommorow's flight.

ON PRIVATE AND SHARED
CHARTER FLIGHTS
Issued: 10th April, 2008
Penalties for CHANGES
of Shared Charter Reservations
and Tickets:
1) To change a ticket or reservation
with less than 48 hours notice prior to travel
the penalty will be 50% of the base fare
per sector.
2) To change a ticket that involves
more than 48 hours in advance
of travel the penalty
will be US $25.00
per sector changed.
Penalties for CANCELLATION
of Shared Charter Reservations
and Tickets:
1) ** To cancel a ticket or reservation
with less than 48 hours notice
prior to travel will result in
the full charge of the fare.
NO REFUND.
2) **To cancel a ticket or reservation
with less than 7 days
but more than 48 hours
or more notification prior to travel
the penalty will be 50% of the base fare.
3) **To cancel a ticket more than 7 days notice the penalty will be US$25.00 per sector cancellation.
Penalties for CHANGES
made in Private Charters:
1) Changing a charter with less
than 48 hours notice
will result in a charge of 50%
of the charter rate.
2) Changing a charter with more than
48 hours notice but less than 30 days
prior to flight time, will result in a penalty of US$100.00.
3) Each change to a charter
with more than 30 days, will result
in a penalty of US $50.00.
CHANGE AND CANCELLATION PENALTIES

CHARTER FLIGHTS

Penalties for CANCELLATION
of Private Charters
1) **Canceling a charter
with less than 48 hours notice
will result in a charge for the full charter rate. NO REFUND.
2) **Canceling a charter
with more than 48 hours notice
but less than 30 days prior to departure
will result in a 50% charge of the charter rate.
3) **Canceling a charter with more than 30 days notice will result in a charge of US $100.00.
After travel commences
the remaining portion of the Shared Charter ticket is non-refundable.
Any Shared Charter ticket for no-show passengers is deemed cancelled;
void and non-refundable.
**FULL restrictions apply
on all Private and Shared Charters
that are confirmed between
10th December 2008 and 15th January 2009 (Christmas Peak) and 05th April through 19th April 2009 (Easter Peak).
Private and Shared Charter bookings
during this period will be on a
“USE IT OR LOSE IT BASIS”.
No changes are allowed to be made
to Private and Shared Charter bookings. Reservations that are cancelled or changed
are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Grenadines.Net is responsible for ensuring that our passengers are fully aware of the above cancellation policies, PRIOR to making the reservation with the airline. This NOTICE satisifies that requirement on us.
The FUEL SURCHARGE on Shared Charter tickets are US$30.00 each way on ALL tickets.
VAT (effective 1st May 2007)
15 % VAT IS APPLICABLE
TO ALL PRIVATE CHARTERS
THAT ARE OPERATED
WITHIN ST. VINCENT
AND THE GRENADINES.
THE 15% ISAPPLICABLE
TO THE BASE FARE
CHARGED, ALL PASSENGER TAXES
AND SURCHARGES
ARE TO BE ADDED TO THIS AMOUNT. |
